Crypto Support & Resistance is a charting and market-data viewing tool. It displays cryptocurrency market information and calculated technical levels such as support and resistance.

Charts, prices, volumes, support and resistance levels, labels, and other content in the App are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.
You should not treat any App content as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise deal in any cryptocurrency or other asset. If you need advice, consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.
Market prices, listings, candlestick/chart data, and related statistics shown in the App are obtained from third-party sources (including exchange market-data APIs such as Binance public market data). We do not create or control that underlying exchange data.

We do not warrant that any price, chart, level, or listing in the App matches any exchange, broker, or other service you use to trade.
You must be legally allowed to use the App under the laws of your country or region. If you are under the age required to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Some features may require an account (for example, email/password or sign-in with a third-party provider). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The App may offer free features, advertising, and optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases (for example, Crypto S&R Pro or time-limited unlocks) through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play.

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that third-party data or calculated indicators will be correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on any content, charts, prices, or indicators.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available in the App and at our Privacy Policy page. By using the App, you also acknowledge that policy.
The App may use or link to third-party services (for example, authentication providers, analytics, advertising, subscription billing, and market-data APIs). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
We may update these Terms, change features, or suspend or discontinue the App at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account where that option is available.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App publisher principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
